How it works
- 1Open the PDF.
- 2Select the pages to remove by clicking thumbnails or typing a range.
- 3Confirm the selection — the remaining page count is shown before you apply it.
- 4Export the trimmed document.
What this does to your file
The pages you keep are copied into a new document and the removed pages are simply not written. Nothing is stripped out of the original file on your disk.
Common questions
Is my file uploaded to a server?
- No. The page loads a PDF engine into your browser and the document is read from disk by that engine. There is no upload endpoint, and once the page has loaded you can disconnect from the network and the tool still works.
Can I undo a deletion?
- Yes. Nothing is written until you export, so you can change the selection freely, and in the editor a deletion can be undone step by step.
Does the page numbering update?
- The document's own page order updates, but numbers printed on the page are part of the artwork. Use Page numbers afterwards if the printed sequence needs to match.
How large a file can I use?
- The limit is your device's memory rather than a server quota. Documents up to a few hundred pages are routine; very large scanned files may need a desktop browser with more memory available.
