How it works
- 1Open the PDF.
- 2Pick the pages to turn, or leave the selection empty to rotate all of them.
- 3Choose 90, 180 or 270 degrees.
- 4Export the corrected document.
What this does to your file
Rotation sets each page's rotation property rather than re-drawing the page, so nothing is re-rendered and no quality is lost. Viewers and printers honour the new orientation.
Common questions
Is my file uploaded to a server?
- No. The page loads a PDF engine into your browser and the document is read from disk by that engine. There is no upload endpoint, and once the page has loaded you can disconnect from the network and the tool still works.
Why does one page look right on screen but print sideways?
- Some scanners write pages upright while flagging them rotated. Applying an explicit rotation here makes the stored orientation and the visible one agree.
Can I rotate only the landscape pages?
- Select just those pages in the grid before applying — the rotation is only written to the pages you picked.
How large a file can I use?
- The limit is your device's memory rather than a server quota. Documents up to a few hundred pages are routine; very large scanned files may need a desktop browser with more memory available.
