How it works
- 1Open the PDF to see every page as a thumbnail.
- 2Drag thumbnails into the sequence you want.
- 3Check the new order in the grid.
- 4Export the reordered document.
What this does to your file
Reordering writes the same pages into a new document in your chosen sequence. Page content is copied as-is, so quality and text layers are unaffected.
Common questions
Is my file uploaded to a server?
- No. The page loads a PDF engine into your browser and the document is read from disk by that engine. There is no upload endpoint, and once the page has loaded you can disconnect from the network and the tool still works.
Can I reorder a long document quickly?
- Thumbnails render lazily as you scroll, so a document of several hundred pages stays responsive. For a large reshuffle it is often faster to extract sections and merge them in order.
Do rotations survive reordering?
- Yes, each page keeps its own rotation as it moves.
How large a file can I use?
- The limit is your device's memory rather than a server quota. Documents up to a few hundred pages are routine; very large scanned files may need a desktop browser with more memory available.
